Returns FAQ:
Please ensure that product is in unused and in original condition.
Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product when on Return.

– Returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
– Number of days within which return can be initiated varies for each seller. You must create a return request within the specified period.
– We support Replacement across categories/sellers in case of damaged item.

– In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account
– While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
– Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller.
In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same & will reflected in your Bank account within 7 to 10 Working Days.

Sometimes Returns are subjected to the Seller’s return policy Terms.
So, Please Read the Seller Terms if it Exists, before purchase.
Normally most seller Returns are covered by a  5 Day Replacement Guarantee.

What is Jumkey’s Role on Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can email us immediately on the Issue and Jumkey Team shall protect the Buyer.

The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement shall be arranged.

What is the 72 hours Guarantee?
How do I get a defective item replaced? What if the product does not fit me?

All products sold at are covered under our 72 hours Replacement Guarantee.

Notify us of problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 72 hours from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.

The following products shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement under this 72 hours  Replacement Guarantee:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
  • Any product that has been washed.
  • Any product not in its original condition.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.

How do I cancel an order on
Cancellation before product has shipped:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped:

  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered within 3 working days,
    contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.
  • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only if it is defective or has incorrect size.

  • In case of product being damaged in transit please contact our customer service at +91 82 77 47 41 55  before sending the shipment back to us.
    Our customer service representative will guide you in preparing the return shipment. For the damaged product returns, you will be reimbursed up to Rs 50 towards your shipping costs, provided you include the courier receipt along with the return shipment. This is subject to your returns being inspected by our Quality Check team upon receiving the product.

When are Refunds provided?

We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money is safe.
Refunds are issued when
– Seller cannot provide replacement
– In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour
Seller allows Refunds on select categories under certain conditions. Please check with the individual Seller’s Returns Policy.


Refunds to your Bank Account are done within 7 to 10 Working days, after your Refund Request is Processed, Approved by Jumkey Team.

How will I be refunded for the return and the duration of refund policy?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account.

What is the duration of my money getting refunded into my bank account after a successful processing of return ?
